9:00 hrs SALOMON TEAM of RUSSIA iniciates the ascending up to the Cross of seas.
10:10 hrs the team MENETUE-OPTIMUM NUTRITION is coming down from the mountainous cord and entering the narrow valley of the river of Gold. This is approximately 17 km before the PC8.
11:00 hrs The Russian team right now has initiated the last stretch of the PATAGONIA EXPEDITION RACE 2005, 25 km of kayak separates them to to the goal in San Isidro. Is expected to arrieved pass midday.
12:20 hrs The american team FUKAWI was checked in good conditions few kilometers before PC8 Brunswick.
12:35 hrs. GLOBALSTAR CHILE team and LE GROUP IBEROAMERICA Argentina team where check at 17 Km. from PC8 in good conditions.
12:40 hrs. THE KING`S OWN CALGARY REGIMENT was checked delay due to a minor knee injury on one racer. But still towards the goal.
14:21 hrs SOLOMON RUSSIA arrived to the goal in San Isidro. They are disqualified from PC3, so they are not in ranking, but they have shown an amazing speed and strength in the PATAGONIA EXPEDITION RACE 2005.... From the end of the world, a huge hug to this young team.
16:40 hrs teams FUKAWI and THE KING 'S OWN CALGARY REGIMENT have passed PC8.
20:30 hrs GLOBALSTAR CHILE and LE GROUP IBEROAMERICA are 8 Km far away from PC8. They are still navigating together.
22:10 hrs LA CLUSAZ RAID AVENTURE has arrived at PC9, they will rest tonight and tomorrow first hour in the morning they will try to finish the kayak course to the goal in San Isidro.
The racers, the organization and journalists will be comfortably lodged at the hosteria San Isidro lighthouse, expecting the arrival of the rest of the teams this last days of the event.
At first hour this morning MENETUE - OPTIMUM NUTRITION left PC8.
Meanwhile the team that should be crowned winner, LA CLUSAZ RAID AVENTURE, are right now rowing to the goal San Isidro. It's arrival is expected in a few hours.
11:08 hrs the Canadian team THE KING 'S OWN CALGARY REGIMENT have gone by the PC9 and are on the way to the transition to the kayak course.
12:33 hrs Victory! LA CLUSAZ RAID AVENTURE has arrived to the goal in San Isidro. A emotional victory among the warm applause that came from the organization, even some relatives of racers traveled from another countries, spectators and the rest of the racers (disqualified teams) where there in San Isidro to be close to them in these moment.

From PC8 Brunswick: GLOBALSTAR CHILE and LE GROUP IBEROAMERICA where disqualified. they are coming to the goal with the organization personnel, they are suppose to arrive to the Hostería San Isidro tomorrow.
18:18 hrs THE KING`S OWN CALGARY REGIMENT has arrived to the goal in San Isidro... Congratulations to this young team, you got it!, very good race!
19:28 hrs FUKAWI has arrived to the goal in San Isidro... Congratulations to this team, you got it!, very good race!
21:30 Hrs. LA CLUSAZ RAID AVENTURE and SALOMON RUSSIA are enyoing a dinner at Carl III island in the facilities of , at Marino Francisco Coloane park. This point its 120 km. from the goal on the Magallanes Straigth. They have a espectacular view of whales that uses this pasaje to enter the Pacific Ocean. This stay will be for two nigths and they will arrived at Punta Arenas joyning all the racers at the staff house.
Early in the morning arrived to Punta Arenas two of the members of Le Group Iberoamerica; Nora Acuña and Gerardo de Vita, both presented injuries on their feet. Now they are fine and have been released from the hospital. The evacuation was done from the Rio Nodales's drainage, 8 Km. NE from Cabo Froward, thanks to the colaboration of the Naval Fleet of Chile. In the same trip, were transported out the rest of runners of GLOBALSTAR CHILE and LE GROUP IBEROAMERICA teams, journalists and personnel of the organization.
13:27 hrs. the last team in competition MENETUE- OPTMUM NUTRITION, has arrived to the goal in San Isidro. The last 7 kms the were tranported by organization boats because of the bad climatic conditions. Well done guys, you've done it!!
